With this editorial Illustration I wanted to show how movement is deeply connected to the science of happiness. Activities like running, biking, or meditation stimulate the release of chemicals that enhance our sense of well-being, such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins (as shown in the first illustration).
Both illustrations show a scientist researching how bliss works in the human body.
In the first illustration, the figures are filled with colorful, dynamic shapes representing how these actions generate energy and positivity that flow beyond the physical body. The yellow shapes symbolize how this joyful state radiates outward, influencing not only our inner balance but also our interactions and behavior in everyday life. Personal work.
